The system comprises a Core Database, an “IP module” for Implementing Partners, and a GIS module. The IP module is provided in English and French, and is fully section 508 compliant.

The system also includes special features for handling Data Consistency and Reliability, a Success Story format capture form as well as an Admin Panel that provides system maintenance tools for the database administrator.
