The Admin Panel provides tools for the database administrator to perform various tasks such as; import and export data in a variety of formats, import data from the Implementing Partners, export data to handheld computers, check the database for duplicate records, and edit value lists.

Export GIS Data
The "export GIS data" option is only available from the Admin Panel and allows the administrator to export those records that have latitude and longitude information, all other records are ignored. The data is exported in .DBF format, which can be used with ArcView® GIS software from ESRI and HealthMapper from WHO; this is the preferred data format supported by both ArcView GIS and HealthMapper.
